So much more than a Boot Camp

DAWN BREAKERS is the original six‑week, thirty‑workout, morning fitness programme!
Our courses are accessible to everyone, regardless of shape or size, age, or fitness level. Every part of the programme can be tailored to suit you, and to give you optimum results in a short amount of time.

Established in 2013, we continue to grow, improve, and expand! You can now find us in Andover, Newbury, Winchester, Amesbury, and Southampton... with more venues on the way!

While we could be called a ‘Boot Camp’, we take a much more scientific approach than most, and the course progresses as you do.
As well as the actual workouts, the programme includes a fantastic sports nutrition plan that’s easy to follow and stick to, lifestyle advice, and an unrivalled, ongoing, support network of experts and fellow DBers!

The problem with almost all diets and exercise programs today, is not that they don’t work technically, it’s that they don’t work for the individual in the real world.

For instance, running a marathon every day would certainly control your weight and keep you fit, but is that realistic and sustainable for an average person?

Of course not.

It’s the same story with “Diets”. A plan’s effectiveness often becomes irrelevant when weighed against a person’s desire to continue to do it. Deprivation, misery, and unrealistic and impractical diets are to blame for most people’s seeming inability to complete a nutrition plan.

It’s not enough for a program to be effective, it also has to be realistic and sustainable, and not just for some people, but for EVERYONE.

We have teenagers, pensioners, first‑timers to exercise, and international athletes among our success stories. The DB program worked for all of them, and it can work for you!
