Hi, I’m Andy. I’m the creator and co‑owner of Dawn Breakers, along with my lovely wife, Bonnie!
DB is the culmination of my thirty years of experience working in the fitness and sports nutrition industry. Everything I’ve learned along the way has all gone into the courses you see today, and I’m very proud of the result.
I’m still very hands‑on with coaching, taking sessions in Andover each and every day. It’s still very much my first love.
Watching people become stronger, fitter, healthier, more confident versions of themselves is a real privilege, and makes what I do the best job in the world :)

You’ll find me mostly at our Andover site, but I like to get around to all of the other venues from time to time. I adore teaching DB, no matter where it is, and I get a real buzz from it. I have lots of fun in my classes and make way too many lame jokes. Which ever venue you join, you’ll probably see me at some point. WELCOME!!! xoxo.
Hi, I’m Vanessa and I’m part of the Andover team
I joined Dawn Breakers in 2015 after putting on a lot of weight after being seriously ill and having to quit football. I loved it from day one, so much so that I was the first person to get 100% attendance in a year! I joined the Andover coaching team at the beginning of 2018 and love being able to help people start their journey and get them to where they want to be. It’s not like any gym or course out there which is what makes it so special.
I’m Melissa and I’m part of the Andover team...
After taking part in the first ever Dawn Breakers class I soon became hooked and started assistant coaching in Andover shortly after. That was almost 6 years ago now and I still love training on Dawn Breakers daily as well as coaching in Andover.
Since starting, I have taken part in Bikini Competitions, Half Marathons, Obstacle Races, and attempted the Everest Base Camp Trail and I hope that being part of our team can give others the confidence that it gave me!
Hi, I’m Sophie.
I started Dawn Breakers in 2018 after struggling to fit exercise into my daytime schedule. Although the early mornings started out as a little intimidating, I soon found myself making loads of new friends and enjoying being on top of my day‑to‑day routine.
I soon fell head over heels with the world of fitness & nutrition, and the connection between physical and mental health. I qualified as a fitness instructor in early ’21 and absolutely love the vibe of DB classes; the challenges, the camaraderie, the banter and the incredible journeys we see unfold every day.
In real life, after 7am, I’m a writer & actor musician. I’ve got two beautiful daughters, verbal diarrhoea, and a mild obsession with porridge.

I started DawnBreakers in 2018 and very quickly became a huge fan.
I love the classes, the support and the friends I’ve made along the way. When an opportunity came up to become an instructor I jumped at the chance. I’m really passionate about fitness and love helping people achieve their goals.
When I’m not at DB you’ll find me running mostly.
